Customize your webshop design
The appearance of your labelshop is customizable by selecting one of the preinstalled themes in the admin area.
You can upload an image file or flash movie for the header section, your own background image and your own favicon.
(Browsers display a page's favicon in the address bar, on tabs and in the bookmarks list.)
Pagination
The catalogue is divided into pages of 10 entries.
Your customer can easily browse the catalogue page by page or use the sort,
filter and search options on the right side of this panel.
Format
Lets you select displayed formats, mp3 or wav files and additional formats like vinyl, cd and merchandise.
This field is only shown if you have defined more than 1 format.
Sortorder
Sorting the catalogue or a filtered subset thereof. The options are:
release date
top sellers (last 3 month)
artist A to Z
artist Z to A
title A to Z
title Z to A
Genre
Filter catalogue by genre. You can add up to 2 genres per release.
This field only appears if you defined more than 1 genres.
Label
This field lets you filter the catalogue by label, when more than one (sub-) labels are defined.
Artist
A dropdown list with all artist in your shop, select an artist to view all of his releases.
Artists are added in the admin area while creating a release. You can add an unlimited number of artist.

Intelligent Search
Find releases by searching for any attribute (artist name, release name, catalogue number, track name, remix, featuring, etc.)
Intelligent search-algorithm finds misspelled or similar sounding results and offers alternative results when search
yields to no result.
Breadcrumb trail
Information on search results and applied filters. Breadcrumbs provide a trail for the user to track back to any previous or entry point.
Share
AddThis button to boost traffic to your site by making it easier for visitors to share the actual displayed page.

Click on a track title and then on the Share button to share a track.
Click on a release title and then on the Share button to share a release.
Click on a artist name and then on the Share button to share everything from this artist.
Click on a label name and then on the Share button to share all releases from this label.

Artist
In the title section of a release the name of the artist is displayed first.
Clicking on the name is like selecting an artist from the filter section above and shows all releases by this artist.
Name of Release
The title section of each release shows the release's name next to the artist's name.
Genre of Release
On the title's right-hand side, the genre of a release is displayed. You can define up to 2 genres per release in the admin section.

Release artwork
Shows a enlarged view on mouse over. Maximum filesize is 1 MB, 400x400px recommended.
The artwork is also displayed in the player, in the basket list and in the download area after a purchase has been made.

Additional Information
Additional information like label name, catalogue number, release date and weblinks
(artist website, Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, Soundcloud etc) are displayed in this section.
Prelistening Snippets
Clicking the play button plays a prelistening snippet of the track.
Per track, you can upload one prelistening mp3 file, maximum filesize is 2 MB (1 to 2 minutes low quality snippet recommended)
Tracklist of a Release
Tracks are bundled as releases. Trackname, name of remix, featured artist, track length (time),
format (wav/mp3 quality) and price are displayed and can be defined individually in the admin area.
You have also the option to prevent a track from being sold separately by marking it album only.
Release download (MP3 or WAV)
You can specify which tracks of a release are sold as bundle, each bundle can be individually priced.
Vinyl & CDs
Sell the release as physical vinyl and/or CD. You can specify which tracks are included in the physical release.
Shipping costs are already predefined on a shipping zone & package weight basis and can be edited in the admin area. Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon checkout (see on the right).
You can also define special offers like 'Buy the vinyl - get all the MP3's for free!'

Player
Music Player to preview the tracks. Navigating the shop does not interrupt playback.
Basket
Your customer can review all details of his order at a glance as the basket is always displayed and
instantly updated on the same page as to the catalogue.
Delivery Country
The buyer must select the destination country only if the order contains physical goods or if the tax module is enabled.
To prevent fraud, you can force labelshop to obstruct delivery of goods if the selected country does
not match the country in buyers PayPal account.
Delivery Service & Shipping costs
Delivery Services and shipping costs are already predefined and are editable in the admin area.
Shipping costs are calculated based on chosen delivery service, shipping zone & package weight.
After the user selected the destination country, total weight (including packaging) and the resulting
shipping cost are calculated automatically.
Tax
Sales tax is defined on a per country basis in the admin area.
The user has to select the destination country before the tax amount can be calculated and displayed.
The module can be switched of altogether.
1-Click-Checkout
Grand total is calculated instantly when items are added to the basket. (For physical and/or taxable orders delivery country must be selected first)
No registration is required, the desired information is taken directly from the buyers paypal account.
A click on the Pay Now button takes the buyer to the secure PayPal server to complete payment. Immediately after successful payment, the buyer is taken to Labelshop's download area where he can review the purchase and download all digital items in a single ZIP-archive or one by one. He also receives the link to his download page and a summary of his purchase by Email.
To prevent fraud, downloads expire 6 hours after first download attempt and can only be accessed from one sole IP Adress.
A click on the Pay Now button takes the buyer to the secure PayPal server to complete payment. Immediately after successful payment, the buyer is taken to Labelshop's download area where he can review the purchase and download all digital items in a single ZIP-archive or one by one. He also receives the link to his download page and a summary of his purchase by Email.
To prevent fraud, downloads expire 6 hours after first download attempt and can only be accessed from one sole IP Adress.
